I went in for an appointment for my mom and they took care of her very promptly! Everyone was nice and respectful and they actually helped us save money! Her other dentist told her that she had to have snap in dentures which was incorrect. She needed a simple procedure done that cost way less. Highly recommended

Needed a quick apt they got me in next day for extraction. All staff I saw was wonderful patient and knowledgeable. The Doctor I was seen by was very nice and did a thorough job. My only complaint is they do not except my insurance and if so I would definitely have my extensive dental work done there. Thank you

Hi Vestal Aspen Dental, I had the very best experience ever with my first appointment this morning. The girls were wonderful in X-rays, the hygienist was friendly and so knowledgeable and Dr Melneck was very professionally proficient a wonderful man. Could not be any better!!!

Unfortunately, incompetent office and low-quality service. I was regrettably a patient here for 5 years as a graduate student because few dentists in the area accepted my insurance. It seemed like every visit was a pain in one way or another. My records were completely lost after my first appointment, during which I was upsold unnecessary services costing over 10k that I thankfully declined before signing anything. If I had the first appointment of the day, doors were not unlocked until after my appointment time. Cleanings are cursory. Twice I have paid for services covered by insurance due to incompetent filing of claims. After my most recent appointment in December 2025, I called 4 times over 6 months to clarify my insurance information so that a claim could be submitted. I even once had a representative from my insurance provider on the phone with me, but the information is still incorrect, and a claim has still not been submitted. It seems like their business model is to just pump people through as quickly as possible.

Great, first time experience here at Aspen Dental. Professional staff. My dental hygienist Jennifer did a great job. Lucy the x-ray technician was very efficient. Nate at the front desk was as genuinely kind as could be to everyone. Dr. Melnik was highly competent, professional and helpful.
